HOW DOES THE ONLINE MEMBERSHIP DIFFER FROM 1-2-1 SESSIONS?

You can access the online membership whenever you want, there's no need to book a Personal Trainer and you're not confined to one gym, you can train anywhere .The cost of the monthly membership is way cheaper than the cost of an average single 1-2-1 session. 

CAN I TRAIN AT HOME WITH NO EQUIPMENT?

Yes, there are many exercise videos within the library which require no equipment, but as with any training plan, the more equipment you have, the more choice of exercises you can do.

I'M NERVOUS ABOUT DOING EXERCISE

I'M WORRIED THAT I'LL EMBARRASS MY SELF AT THE FIRST SESSION.

Your first personal training session is designed to go at a level that you, as an individual, are capable of. Most people who come for their first session haven't exercised for a long time or at all, so the personal trainer will find out what level you are at, then work on improving it.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes you can cancel any time, you are not committed to any contract.

WHAT LEVEL OF FITNESS DO I NEED FOR PERSONAL TRAINING?

It absolutely doesn't matter, the aim is to improve your fitness from whatever level you're at, whether you get out of breath walking up stairs or regularly take part in marathons.

I HAVE AN INJURY/ILLNESS AND NOT SURE IF I CAN WORKOUT

There's usually ways of exercising around most injuries and illnesses, and as an experienced personal trainer i can usually help with this, so feel free to send a message to see if we can work something out.

AM I TOO OLD FOR PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS?

No, it's now proven that we should partake in more exercise as we get older to prolong and improve our everyday lives, from improving posture to maintaining your strength and fitness.

I ONLY WANT ONE SESSION TO SEE IF IT'S SOMETHING I'D LIKE AND DON'T WANT TO COMMIT

There is no commitment to how often you visit the personal trainer, you can have 1 session or as many as you like, you control when you don't need any more.

I'M A MEMBER OF A GYM BUT DON'T KNOW HOW TO USE THE EQUIPMENT

I often have people come for a session or two to learn how to properly perform some exercises for when they use their gym.

I FEEL LIKE PEOPLE ARE LOOKING AT ME WHEN I'M TRAINING IN A GYM AND IT PUTS ME OFF

There will only be me and you in the gym so you don't need to worry about that here.

I DON'T LIKE BURPEES, WILL YOU MAKE ME DO THEM?

I won't make you do anything you really don't want to (and i certainly won't make you do burpees).

HOW CAN I PAY?

I accept cash (paid at session) or bank transfer (paid when session is booked)

I NEED TO CANCEL MY SESSION, IS THERE A CHARGE?

There's no charge if you cancel your session over 24 hours before your session starts but if you cancel 24 hours or less before your session starts, there's a £10 charge.

WHERE IS THE GYM LOCATED?

My gym is located near the Lister hospital in Stevenage, Hertfordshire.

DO I HAVE TO LIVE IN STEVENAGE TO HAVE PERSONAL TRAINING IN YOUR GYM?

Not at all, I have clients from surrounding villages around Stevenage, London, Luton, Welwyn Garden City, Hertford and many other places, it doesn't matter where you're from.
